The Citizen Resource Information Department has set up a help desk in the basement of the municipality regarding the problems being faced by the people of the city in the Family ID. Kamaldeen, the manager of the department has been appointed in charge of it. The people of the city can register an appeal for their problems related to the Family ID here. Appeal from Help Desk will be forwarded to Chandigarh Headquarters. After registering from there, there will be verification at the local level. After that the errors in the Family ID will be rectified. Kamaldeen, manager of the Citizen Resource Information Department, said that people can file complaints here regarding single ID, income, registration of new names, deletion of names and changes in other data. From here their appeal will be sent to the headquarters, from where the verification will be done after permission, after which the data of the correct characters will be rectified.
