I have been associated with yoga since the age of five: Sanjana Sanghi

Actress Sanjana Sanghi, who started her career as a child artist in Hindi cinema, will be seen in action in the upcoming film Om: The Battle Within. Earlier, she started her career as an actress with the film Dil Bechara released in the year 2020. Talking to Dainik Jagran about yoga and her life, Sanjana says, ‘Yoga has been a very important part of my life for a long time. As an actor, you not only have to look physically fit and healthy, but it is also important to be mentally calm and balanced. Yoga doesn’t help much in this.

I do yoga every day by taking out at least 30 minutes for myself and on this yoga day, I would appeal to people to do the same. When I used to learn dance in my childhood, we were also taught yoga in it. In such a situation, I started doing yoga from the age of about five years. Everyone should do yoga. By doing yoga, it does not mean that how many asanas you can do. You do what you are comfortable with. The body disintegrates after shooting for 15-16 hours under different conditions. In such a situation, yogasanas like Balasan and Vajrasana are very useful in removing fatigue and pain.
