IBPS Announces CRP PO/MT-XIV Recruitment for 2025-26 : Apply Online for 4455 Posts

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released an official notification for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for the recruitment of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee (CRP PO/MT-XIV) for the year 2025-26. The online examination for this recruitment process is scheduled to take place in October/November 2024 and December 2024. Examination Pattern

The selection process consists of three phases:

  1. Preliminary Examination
  2. Main Examination
  3. Interview

Preliminary Examination: The preliminary exam is objective in nature and includes questions from English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.

Main Examination: The main exam is also objective in nature and covers Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness, English Language, and Data Analysis & Interpretation.

Interview: Candidates who qualify the main examination will be called for an interview.

Selection Procedure

The selection of candidates for the post of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee will be based on their performance in the preliminary examination, main examination, and interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the main examination and interview.

Syllabus

The syllabus for the preliminary and main examinations covers a wide range of topics in Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry), and Computer Knowledge.
