Reliance Jio has introduced the JioTag Air, the successor to the original JioTag Bluetooth-enabled tracker. The new device was launched on Tuesday and brings several enhancements, notably its compatibility with Apple’s Find My network. This feature allows iPhone users to locate lost or stolen items such as keys, luggage, wallets, and even pets. JioTag Air is the latest product release from the company, following the debut of the JioFinance app last month.

The JioTag Air is available for purchase in India at an introductory price of Rs. 1,499. It can be bought through JioMart, Reliance Digital, and Amazon India. The device is offered in three color options: blue, grey, and red. Additionally, buyers can avail cashback offers through CredUPI, Paytm, and select credit cards, making the purchase even more attractive.
JioTag Air Specifications
JioTag Air supports two tracking applications. Android users can use the JioThings app, while Apple users can benefit from the Find My network app on devices like the iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This compatibility with Apple’s ecosystem is a significant upgrade from its predecessor. Alternatively, the JioThings app is also available on the App Store for Apple platforms, although only one app can be used at a time with the JioTag Air.
The device is compatible with iPhone models running iOS 14 or later and Android smartphones with Android 9 or later firmware. It features Bluetooth 5.3 and includes an in-built speaker capable of emitting sounds in the 90-120 dB range. In terms of size, the JioTag Air measures 38x38x7mm and weighs just 10 grams, making it compact and lightweight.

This mode allows users to automatically receive notifications on a paired Apple device when a lost item is located within the network.
