Physical Fitness Test – 2 (PFT-2):

  1. 10 Push-ups: To be completed within 1 minute (with a 10-minute break after the run)
  2. 10 Sit-ups: To be completed within 1 minute (with a 2-minute break after push-ups)
  3. 20 Squats: To be completed within 1 minute (with a 2-minute break after sit-ups)

Candidates must successfully pass both PFT-1 and PFT-2 to qualify for the next stages of the selection process.
