Punjab: Malout’s youth died in Canada, Manmeet was the only son in the family

A tragic incident occurred in Malout, Punjab, where a young man lost his life in Canada. The exact reasons for his death are still unknown, but the news has left his family devastated. The young man, Manjit Singh, had been sent to Canada on a work permit about a year and a half ago by his farmer family living in Baba Srichand Nagar.
According to his uncle, Hardev Singh, Manjit was residing in Surrey, a city in Canada. The news of his death came as a shock to the family on Monday. Manjit was the only son of his parents, and his father, Sukhdev Singh, has been suffering from paralysis and undergoing treatment for years. The family had sent Manjit to Canada with hopes of improving their living conditions and securing a better future for him.
The deceased’s aunt’s son, who also resides in Canada, took the responsibility of bringing Manjit’s body back to India. The entire family is in mourning, and the sister of the deceased is said to be crying bitterly over the loss.
