The Anti Narcotics Cell team in Panchkula has made progress in the case of heroin smuggling by arresting three more accused. The accused were produced in court on Thursday, where one was sent to police remand for two days and two were sent to judicial custody.
The accused have been identified as Vipin Joshi, Amit, and Sukhchain Singh. Vipin Joshi was arrested on June 19 near Amravati flyover with 6.72 grams of heroin. The other two accused were arrested later. Vipin Joshi and Amit have been sent to judicial custody, while Sukhchain Singh has been sent on police remand.
