A shocking incident took place in Ludhiana on Monday night, where an NRI was brutally murdered by bike-riding miscreants. The victim, identified as Barinder Grewal, was riding his bike with his servant in the Thakur Colony area when four people on a bike surrounded them. After abusing them, the miscreants attacked them with sharp weapons and fled the scene.
Barinder was rushed to DMC hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries. The incident has left the entire community in shock, and the police have launched an investigation into the matter.
Barinder had only returned to India from Canada four months ago, and his friends have revealed that the attackers had done a recce of his farm house before carrying out the attack. The police have detained the friends and relatives of the deceased for questioning.
