The district administration has been put on high alert regarding the upcoming rally of Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Sirsa on June 18, due to the possibility of protests during the event. The administration has identified individuals who may engage in such protests and has taken action against them. Over 130 people from the district have been arrested by the police through the SDM court, amid concerns that they may disturb the peace and take the law into their own hands. Notices have been issued to these individuals, and restrictions have been imposed to maintain law and order. The police will be closely monitoring these individuals, and they may even be placed under house arrest if necessary. The individuals who have been issued notices include members of the Sarpanch Association, leaders of Congress and Aam Aadmi Party, and people associated with farmers’ organizations.
