Chandigarh | The Punjab School Education Department has opened a portal to receive applications for general transfers of teachers in the state. School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains said that teachers desirous of transfer can apply online from 28 to 31 March 2023 on the e-Punjab portal of the Education Department. These transfers will be done under the teacher transfer policy of 2019 and the revised policy of 2020. The application for transfer can be made online only and applications received through offline mode will not be entertained. The minister also said that teachers who were transferred during the years 2019, 2021 and 2022 but the orders were not implemented due to technical reasons will get a chance to cancel the orders
